Gas Safety
Certificate (CP12)

By law, a landlord is required to get a Gas Safe registered engineer to do an annual gas safety check on all gas appliances. The results of these checks are recorded in your Landlord Gas Safety Record. Find out more.

Testing Certificate

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use. Most electrical safety defects can be found by visual examination but some types of defect can only be found by testing. Find out more

Certificate

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a report that assesses the energy efficiency of a property. The report considers things like how well insulated the property is. It will also tell you how much your bills might cost. Find out more.

HMO Fire Risk Assessment

A Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) is a snapshot of how protected any given property is to ensure the safety of its occupants in the event of a fire . The FRA also identifies corrective actions and further steps to achieve an appropriate level of fire safety. Find out more.

Asbestos Inspection

If you own, or are in charge of, a property built before the year 2000, it may have asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within the structure. This means you have to make sure that the correct asbestos survey is carried out to identify and manage the risk of any ACMs present.

Drain Inspection

Smoke Detector Inspection

HMO Emergency Lighting Inspection
